Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We can work around your business hours, and we renovate existing facilities and expand footprints while you remain operational. For occupied offices we plan low-disruption renovations, including after-hours work.
How long does a commercial project take?
It depends on the scope: typically a few months to over a year for larger builds. Pre-construction is where we identify code risks and utility hurdles before starting, to protect your budget from last minute surprises.
What happens after construction is complete?
We offer post-construction maintenance and a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. LEED guidance is also available.
